Tyler was born and raised in Brunswick, Georgia, and graduated from the College of Coastal Georgia in 2017. His keen interest in upholding justice and supporting those in need led him to specialize in criminal defense and personal injury law. After relocating to Florida, he attended Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, and graduated in 2021.
During his tenure at Stetson, he excelled academically, showcased his prowess in legal argumentation, and involved himself in many law-related activities. He was an active member of the Federal Bar Association, the Tax Law Society, and the Moot Court Board. He also helped secure the win in the 2019 Leroy R. Hassell, Sr. National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.
Tyler’s connection to Clark Hartpence Law began during his time at Stetson, when he clerked for the firm, gaining hands-on experience and an understanding of the nuances of practical legal work in criminal defense and personal injury.
Tyler’s extensive understanding of legal research, experience litigating constitutional law issues, and practice of criminal defense enable a strong client defense. This sets him apart and ensures that his clients’ rights are always upheld in accordance with the Constitution.
